Fat people don't realise

Hey guys.
So, this is a blog/website for those of you out there who don't understand why its important to lose that chub. Its much more provocative than the other websites that you read. No hate. Fat people don't realize the need and necessity of losing that chub.
First things first: Its just incredibly irritating getting new pants and shirts every time you try fitting into old pants only to find that you're suffocating those giant thighs of yours. Besides, you have no idea how odd it is for other people to look at those plateaus of yours. I've been in your position before and so I have the right to speak up on this topic. In fact the point at which I decided to lose weight was when I tried fitting into my jeans before a family dinner only to hear a loud ccccrrrrrrccchhhhh and saw that my pants had been torn owing to my thighs. On top of that I was 86 kgs and I had manboobs which only the Himalayas could compete with!! I felt hideous with my bubble-cheeks and the necessity to wear baggy clothes.
Another thing that fat people don't realize is that crash diets DO NOT work. So, if you think you're blessing your body by not give it food or by eating like a bird, well, think again. When you eat like a deprived buffoon, you're putting your body into starvation mode. Your body will always starve but your mind will make it feel like its full and that you don't really need to eat much. What happens as a result? Answer: YOU LOSE THE WEIGHT ON THE SCALE BUT YOUR BODY ENDS UP FLABBY! Your body becomes disgustingly soft and every time you take your shirt off you'll wish you'd never "dieted" before. You'll have rolls of flab and it feels disgusting. Even though you'll have lost 'weight' you'll still be fat. This is known as the skinny-fat syndrome. You lose any muscle that you had an you become flabby because while you thought you were being wise by not eating, your body was eating your muscles (everyone has a certain amount of muscles regardless of whether or not they go to gym) and you've ended up looking like a bag of bones. I applaud your wise decision to starve yourselves! You're an idiot if you don't get the obvious sarcasm in that.
Anyhow, by starving yourselves you've managed to end up with a high body-fat level and no muscle as a consequence of which you might even get loose skin which is difficult to fix or your body ends up feeling like a river of flab. You look thin but when the clothes are off, well, you look sick. So as a result, by being an idiot, you ruined yourself.
Fat people don't realise that the amount of weight and fat that they put on cannot go just within a month revealing a chiselled body. I've heard many people say: "oh I would like to lose 15 pounds by the end of this month because I have an occassion to go to". Get out of that dreamworld of yours. If you hadn't spent so much time clogging your arteries with fat, you would've realized that it took your body time to get to where it is currently. No matter how hard you try, you will NOT lose 15 pounds in one month! So suck it up and go and wear baggy clothes to that occassion or get surgery if you're that pathetic or desperate.Or here's a thought.....CHANGE YOUR FAT LIFESTYLE!
Typical of most fat people that I've seen is the following : they won't eat a lot throughout the day (in other words they'll be eating like a bird) and then the minute they see that delicious dessert or fried foods, they begin to think "Hm. That looks amazing. Maybe I should go ahead and have one". After they've had that "one" they crave for more and think "Oh well. To heck with it. I haven't eaten all day and I deserve to eat that. Never mind, I'll start dieting from tomorrow again". I bet that sounds more familiar than that bag of flab that you call your stomach. There is no restart switch on your body!! There is no, "oh well, I'll restart from tomorrow". You ate the junk and filled your trunk with flab. If you think you did your body a favour by not eating all day and then eating crap later, YOU'RE WRONG. And whats even worse is that regardless of the junk food, those of you that know nothing about nutrition are just making matters worse for your body. Big shocker there.
